Billing and plans
Billing shows your current plan, how many properties you have used, and the available plans to switch to.
Plans

All plans include the full rent ledger, receipts, and shared account access.
Switching plans
Only the account Owner can switch plans. Managers and Viewers see the billing page but the switch buttons are disabled for them.
To switch:
- Go to Billing.
- Click Switch to Pro (or whichever plan you want).
- The plan changes immediately. No payment card is required in this preview.
tip: You cannot downgrade to a lower plan if you already have more properties than that plan allows. Remove properties first, or contact the account owner to manage the plan.
Usage bar
The usage bar shows how many of your plan's property slots are filled. When you reach 85% or more of the limit, the bar turns amber and a warning message appears.
A downgrade that would put you over the new limit is blocked with an error message explaining how many properties to remove first.
