Documents
Documents collects every file attached to your estate: rent receipts, lease agreements, tax receipts, land deeds, proof photos, and maintenance photos. All files are stored securely in the cloud.
Finding documents
Use the Type filter at the top to narrow the list:
- Rent receipt
- Lease agreement
- Tax receipt
- Land deed
- Proof photo
- Maintenance photo
The count next to the filter shows how many files match. Documents are listed with the file name, the property they belong to, the type chip, and the date they were added.
Opening a file
Click View / Download on any row. The file opens in a new browser tab, served from a signed secure URL.
AI document analysis
Karyasthan can extract structured information from a lease agreement or other document using AI.
- Click Analyze on any document row. This runs an AI extraction in the background.
- When complete, the button changes to View AI summary.
- Click View AI summary to open a panel that shows the extracted details:
- Document type
- Parties (names and roles)
- Monthly rent in ₹ and deposit in ₹
- Start date and end date
- Notice period and renewal terms
- A short summary paragraph
tip: Analysis is subject to your account's AI policy. If the button is blocked for a document, the account's governance settings may restrict AI use for that document type.
